In this EXPLORATORY session on 'Startup incubation in School?', Ms Shilpi Agnihotri, HOD Commerce from Army Public School, Bhopal shares her thoughts and experience of teaching Business Studies to the students of Class XI & XII. She feels today, almost fifty percent of the class aspires to have their own business or be an entrepreneur. To nurture these aspirations a sense of business understanding can be developed among the children and an incubation cell comprising of different H.O.D's, Counsellors, Librarian and School leaders can be formed with an aim to help the students who really aspire to be nothing but entrepreneurs during their secondary school.
In the other upcoming online sessions on "Startup Incubation in School?" we will discuss how school library along with other departments and faculties can together create a sense of practical business understanding among students and if it can help the born entrepreneurs get admitted into the best incubation centres around the world.
